​Green Bursa, which lies in the foothills of magnificent Mount Uludağ, is one of the rare cities that houses many identities. The crystal-clear waters flowing from Uludağ and meeting the fertile soils of the plain result in flourishing forests and productive agricultural fields, distinguishing Bursa as a gastronomic city.

 

The Food R&D (International Competitiveness Development) projects, conducted by the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) with the support of the Türkiye Ministry of Trade, bring together the products grown in the fertile lands of Bursa and the leaders of the Bursa food industry with buyers and importers from around the world.
